Q: What is included in my registration as a vendor?
A: Each booth consists of a 10’ x 10’ space with an 8’ high draping back (green/white/green) , 3’ sides (green), and 8’ skirted (white) table and chair.
Q: What if I need electric?
A: If you require electrical access for your booth space please contact the Lansing Center directly to arrange for this by clicking here to fill out their utility form.
Q: Can I select my own booth number?
A: No, however if you would like to be located near another vendor or vendors please provide us with this information and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: When will booth numbers be assigned?
A: Booth assignments are done the week prior to the conference. At that time you will receive an email with your booth number as well as other information about the day.
Q: Is parking included?
A: No, parking is at your own expense.
Q: Is sampling allowed?
A: Yes, sampling is allowed and encouraged.
Q: How much is registration for vendors?
A: Registration for vendors is $195.
Q: Are meals provided for vendors?
A: No lunch is included in your registration. For your convenience concessions will be open from 8:00 am through 12:00 pm.
Q: How many people will be expected to walk through the show?
A: We would anticipate between 300-400 people to walk throughout the course of the day.
Q: How many products should we donate?
A: No more than 2-3 products are necessary.
Q: How many samples should I bring for public?
A: To plan accordingly, anticipate between 300-400 people to walk through and enjoy sampling during the day.
Q: Should I bring product to sell?
A: Products can be sold during the trade show, however the primary focus is generally not buying, but sampling and networking with fellow entrepreneurs, speaking with buyers, as well as the general public.
